Your password should be atleast 8 characters long and contain a capital letter and a number.  Does that help you remember?

If not you can reset your password and choose another one by going to http://mwwp.me/login and clicking on 'Password Reset'.  Type in your email address and click submit and MyWebWorkplace will send you a temporary password that you will have to change when you first log in.
